if your not a gamer the Matrox marvel is the better card for tv amateur. and the capture is in M-jpeg insted of Mpeg. not for nt/2000 for now, but they gonna put a final set of drivers in a mounth or so... i know this card is old and is not impressive in 3D but still a good analog capture...
