My Box = Win2k (most stable OS) Family Box = XP (easy for my parents to understand)

My plastic washers are striped from installing the Heatsink. I was wondering where i can find replacements or better yet a better way of installing the heatsink. I need to replace my 1.4 Tbird with a XP2000+. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks in advance. Fuze
