Uh... I think that's some kind of warranty repair... I could be wrong but seems like a service contract for 1 year.

I got one from them on fleabay a few weeks ago for the same price $359+shipping. It's a good deal, although Kingston has a 2gb drive for around $500 however that's a PCMCIA Card vers a CF card for the microdrive. So far I'm very happy with the 1g Microdrive and the iPaq.

It happened sunday night or yesterday... Too bad they switched to firstsource, looks like they might lose a bunch of california customers... I'd rather shop at staples with their coupons and free personal delivery to my house. Oh well...

not only have they dropped the free shipping and raised prices, they now charge sales tax to California :frown: Better use that buy.com coupon... It was good while it lasted...
