    This happened in my state (Kentucky). We had 3 mail processing facilities in KY. He closed them all, and now sends ALL mail to Knoxville, TN to be processed. Even local mail across town, goes to Knoxville and back.

    I had problems with these drivers. On a Sapphire 6700xt, I can go to Youtube, slect a video. Press full screen. Then unselect fullscreen, and I get a black screen for about 10 seconds, then I get like 1/2 a frame in 5 seconds. Audio still works, though.
