Remotely reboot using ASF 2.0, AMT, etc?

I'm looking to build a system that I can (securely) remotely reboot whether the OS has hung or not. Does anyone have information on ASF 2.0 or AMT or etc? What's available out there that I could use?

    building sff opinions!

I regularly build and sell SFF AMD and INTEL systems (mini ITX and mATX). I would think that that's more relevant than your friend's tech support experience. Saying that AMD is noticeably less reliable is misleading. It might be true that a specific motherboard has problems but there are many...

AMD is no longer world fastest cpu?

AMD doesn't have the fastest CPU but most of their CPUs are priced better than Intel's. Their platform (motherboards) are also cheaper in general.

    building sff opinions!

@flensr I've built over 40 systems (AMD and Intel) in the past 2 years alone. At present time, there's no difference in reliability. They're both reliable. You're quoting experience on really old hardware which is totally irrelevant to the OP (no longer for sale). Furthermore, your post is...

    AMD x4 630 stock hsf - inadequate?

I lowered the vcore to 1.2v. The AMD Athlon II x4 630 C2 seems like a weak overclocker though, requiring lots of additional vcore to do anything significant.

    AMD x4 630 stock hsf - inadequate?

I have the following... AMD x4 630 MSI 890FXA-GD70 (got it for $120 during a price error). 4x2GB of DDR3 ram Is it just me or is the stock hsf that comes with AMD x4 630 totally inadequate? My temperatures can get pretty high (60+ C) on default settings and running prime... Stock vcore...

    Mac Mini Sized PC

For the amount of money you're spending, you should think about building your own...it doesn't take much work. Here's 2 examples for the case and power supply. The rest you should be able to figure out with your itx experience... 1)...

    E7500 vs E8400 -- I am buying 100-130 systems

Out of curiosity, how much is dell charging you per system at qtys of 100? If you could custom design the system, a triple core amd system with small SSDs would be the best value for productivity.

    Zap's Mini Review: Zotac G43-ITX

Yeah...that's too bad then. The zotac 9300 itx does have that option though. Thanks for the info. It's unfortunate that there's not as whole slew of choice for mini itx motheboards right now (particularly for AMD CPUs)...Zotac's pretty much the only major supplier I know of...

Surroundview/multi-adapter/hybrid graphics for Intel integrated graphics

Has anyone tested if... http://download.intel.com/design/intarch/papers/323214.pdf applies to G43,G45,H55? (They are Intel 4 series or 5 series chipsets...) I was specifically looking for info on the Zotac Mini-itx intel motherboards.
