Yeah, but I decided not to use network access manager and uninstalled it. No problems anymore, that problem is there just with 4.62 version nework access manager installed. Uninstall it and you'll do fine ;) And I had this problem just when downloading with bitcomet(torrent software).

Have you installed network access manager? New version gives me bsod's. Even when firewall disabled from it.

Nexus 400w rans fine for me, it's about how much stuff you have connected. I have 6600gt, dvdrw-drive, sata hd, ata hd, soundcard, cpu(3500+), one 120mm case cooler, and of course two usb gaming pads, serial phone link, usb camera. I don't have floppy drive..

It would be fast even without single channel, I think it wouldn't even matter that much..

Here is everything what I was able to find about A8N Premium: http://www.asus.it/news/2004/20041123.htm I don't know anything about language of italy, but chart table helps a lot for getting a clue. So it's like A8N without SLI plus Wifi-g I think.

Nice to hear it helped. Strange thing is that F lock is at 'on' at bios load-state but it will go 'off' once computer is booted. Windows installer doesn't disable it. Most of my "F Lock keyboards" keeps it disabled even once I'm in windows, but then again.. I don't use resource eating keyboard...

I assume that you are using default/auto in bios for jumperfree menu? Right, if you are.. Try to choose settings manually, you may choose "auto" but one thing you have to note, lock pci to 33.3mhz. It's not locked if you use auto/default. This might help you out, I think.

Be sure you have enabled f-keys, "f-keys", it's button on keyboard which activates f1-f12 keys. You don't need to press f-keys for windows-based installation(*pointing at win2000*) and you might have a keyboard driver enabling it automatically. Might help you..
