I got it to work, but I need further help on what I may have done.
I loaded up the Backup Exec disc and went to the trial software addons. I chose Backup Exec Agent and let it install. It said it was successful then it closed.

Alright, I realize I can't seem to provide enough info here for you guys to pick out what the heck is wrong so I'm gonna have to likely give them a call.

Thanks for the link. We do have a backup exec account but it seemed to return the same result.

Ok, bare with me as I'm trying to figure this out. It looks like it finds the information stores across our network/domain, but when testing credentials it returns "Resource not found"
I thought I knew enough to get this going (as we have another email server running an older Backup Exec...

Got a panic call from a friend whose little one changed her Windows Vista password. I walked her through attempting a system restore, but she said only the same account shows up to log in to safe mode. I'm guessing the administrator account was disabled.
Is there anyway to run a system restore...
Don't even get me started on Citrix servers. We have a lot of nurses and doctors that use Citrix Presentation Server, (we have a cluster of 5) and I get calls CONSTANTLY asking why it's not printing or going to printers clear on the other side of the building.
When using VPN to connect to a network, and then remote desktop into a computer from that network, how can I print to my local printer? Only the printers installed to the remote computer show up.
