    Asus P4PE, P4 2.0A **Update: Now 2.4B**, 512MB Samsung PC2700 DDR, what could i be aiming for with my first P4 system?

    I have the same setup with a 2.54 chip and the aiw 8500 video card.. (cannot get the sound to work) i want to overclock it but i think i will hold off until i learn more this review from exposive labs maybe of help to you

    Problems with soundmax with asus p4pe

    I have an Asus p4pe 2.4 ghz intel 512 mb ram windows 2000 pro 128 aiw 8500 the motherboard has Soundmax sound card onbroad... I dont hear a nuthing.. I tried reinstall the soundcard updating the bios everything if any one can point me in the right direction it would be helpful. Shaan
