I am in need of flashing the BIOS. It is still whatever it was shipped with. So let me try that and see what happens.
Do I need to increase the voltage on the NB? I think I bumped it up a notch the first time, and after it crashed for the first time i don't think I did. So maybe i...

I'm using Mushkin memory, the timings are 4-5-4-11, I've already dealt with the Mushkin tech support and they walked me through all the voltages etc. It works perfect with 4 sticks and then out of the blue it reverts back. I said that it was going back to default but really it is just going...
I'm having an issue, every so often on reboot, it will revert back to the default bios. So I have to pull all but one stick of my memory to get it to boot, and then set my voltages back. Then I go through the whole process of adding my memory back in, and then a few days later the same thing...

Ok now I need some...
I'm using vista ultimate 32bit. It does not even post so I don't think a patch will fix it. i have done some reading and some people suggest to bump the nb voltage and the memory voltage up a notch and to see if that works. Should I do that?
I got my x48 today and I have one problem with it, it will not post with 4 sticks of memory in it. If I pull out any of the 4 and take it to three sticks, it boots fine no problems at all. Oh one more thing, what is the correct settings for an E6600. multiplyer, bus, etc. I have an oc...
Mr. jaggerwild,
I did use their shipping and it only took it 4 business days to arrive from Texas. They have had it for a couple of days now and I have not heard from them. The turnaround time was what I was curious about, but hopefully I will hear from them tomorrow.
When I asked about the 790 they told me they have no idea on the eta of the board, but if that is what I wanted then they would email the people responsible for that decision and would let me know the outcome. I went with the x48 instead though. They were absolutely wonderful to deal with...
