Update again, I've narrowed my BF2 crashes to doing all of the above and not using my USB headset from Plantronics. Anyone who is having problems with BF2 after doing all of the above should remove all unecessary connections and see if the game becomes stable.

I had a similar problem, with my ABit board. I removed the Processor from the socket examined the pins and re-seated it and the computer posted no problems. You may want to check that out Otherwise I'm useless :)

My Seasonic install guide said to make sure the fan was pointed down. I have been into car stereo amplifiers for some time and if the amp is mounted upside down the heatsinks won't do there job and the pcb will absorb of the heat, and could cause premature failure. just my $.02 BTW I love...

No I have had it turned off the whole time. BTW, Update, still getting BF2 crashes, I went back to the newer Nvidia drivers, reinstalled the chipset drivers, turned off EAX in BF2 and set Affinity and havn't had a crash yet, *crosses fingers* WoW runs perfectly for me now though!

So I should remove the Nvidia Audio driver only and reinstall the realtek driver? Just want to clarify thanks for the help!

Update* Did Windows Hotfix with Registry Hack, Went back to Nvidia Driver 78.03 and the computer is not locking anymore. I tried 78.03 on it's own and still got a lock. This registry hack was the fix. Over 1 1/2 hours of battlefield straight woohoo
