    Upgrading hard drive in PS3

concur. It is ridiculously easy, there are all kinds of how-to's online. The only mildly tricky part as I recall is the copy disc needs to be FAT32

COD moving to subscription fee for enhanced content

I think this is behind a paywall, but from the WSJ: Consumers are used to paying $60 each for videogames that run on consoles like the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. Now the publisher behind the industry's biggest videogame franchise—"Call of Duty"—is about to find out whether it can get...

    D&D Daggerdale: XBLA/PSN co-op action RPG

Cool, I had a great time with the wife on Baldur's Gate on the PS2, also Dungeon Seige III is looking like a good co-op. Co-op is one area the latest generation has been really lacking imo, I'd be happy to see some good co-op (on the same console, not online) games.

    Easy game for 4yr old

If you have PS Move, Start the Party is a great game for 4 years olds, just hold a controller and whack things. My 4 year-old loves it. Also, Tumble is pretty good.

Scariest moment ever for you in a game.

hmmm, scarriest moment, probably Planescape Torment. That dude had a lot of scars, he'd been killed like 5000 times.

    Finally bought a PS3.

A few good PSN games for less than $10.00 I think: Pixeljunk Monsters, fun tower defense Wipeout HD, zero G racer SuperStardust HD, arcade style asteroid update, Smash Cars

Just pulled the trigger on a 65"

I'm seriously considering the 73". How often do they have deals like this?

    65" Panny S1 or 58" V10?

For roughly the same price ($2000 for the 58" V10, $2200 for the 65" S1) which would y'all get? Viewing is in a bonus room at about 10'. Thanks

    What do you currently have?

Would this be useful to anyone?

I have an ASUS Maximus III Formula 1156 MB where apparently I bent the socket contacts ruining it. Couldn't RMA it, so I just got a new one. Would this be useful to anyone? It seems there should be a way to replace the socket, but that is way beyond my ken. 95% of the board is fine. Would...

why does a recruiter ask for your last year's withheld tax amount?

I'd be very suspicious unless this is a rock solid recruiter who you are sure is legit. Otherwise, it is a great way for identity theft and income tax fraud. That is how you can access your prior tax documents online and electronically file; that is just weird.

We're screwed. Court rules against net neutrality.

It is a Ct. of Appeals for the Federal Circuit decision, so unless the US Supreme Court overturns it (probably pretty unlikely) it is the law of the land and cannot be appealed.
