"7 Watt" Ivy Bridge my arse!

So if the processor can still operate at up to 105°C, then it's not really cTDP down-down, it's still just cTDP down isn't it? And it's still just a processor measured at 105°C to be above 7W, and probably close to... 10W. So if it doesn't throttle at 80°C, and it's still just a 10W cTDP...

Oh noes, too much GPU performance. What will we ever do with it. Tell us more about what we need and what Kabini is geared for.

Top end Celeron 887 score 3629 pcmark vantage Kabini scores 5271 E2-1800 scores 2807 Tell us more about this top end sandy 17W celeron. Explain to us maybe how intel will introduce those ivy versions at 13W, no 11.5W, no 9W, no 7W... is it time to talk about 5W versions yet? I'd love to...

Wrong, you can push it harder than you can on intel. Top 10+ systems (by memory clock) are AMD, intel MIA. World record frequency held by Llano. http://hwbot.org/benchmark/memory_clock/rankings?cores=0&hardwareTypeId=memory_1#start=0#interval=20 2133 MHz works fine on trinity, plenty of...

Intel IGP have access to L3 cache. This is oen of the reasons that it runs better on i7 than on i3/i5. That, and HD 4000 is inferior generally in laptops, so removing a bottleneck is less noticable.

Why feed the troll? It's obvious he's just here because nobody is tightening the noose. Drashek incorporated logic, this is just an incoherent ramble that's allowed to roam free. Why? Doesn't matter. It's obvious why anand no longer wants to do ULV in depth performance testing until next...

    Richland & Kabini rumours

Ah yes, that one used the 55W XM part, even more laughable. But HD4000 would be great with a 10W thermal design envelope, only 3MB L3 to suckle on, and a gimped CPU costing 4 times as much. Some guy on the internet said so. Therefore, Tamesh/Kabini is horrible and we should stop talking...

40 EU, it's not going to matter. It'll still be throttled for something sub 18W. Why bother bringing it up? http://www.notebookcheck.net/Review-Asus-VivoBook-S200E-Subnotebook.85787.0.html

HD4000? Why are you comparing a low voltage-low cost IGP to a 1000 pound IGP? Brazos is ~30% better than Intel HD graphics in sandy pentium/celeron 35W. This is with a higher thermal envelope, and therefore a faster performing CPU. Why do you keep bringing HD4000 up? Do you understand why...
