i'm looking at replacing my samsung 713n that just died on me....
was considering dell 2007wfp (s-ips, i think) or vx2025 (p-mva) but saw that both r delisted from here....now i'm in a dilema which to get. my usage is primary photo editing. cnet review that vx2025 is much better performer...
need opinions on which is a better monitor...
my samsung 713n just died on me at 1280x1024 resolution (strange that other resolution works)...and i'm considering buying either one of the above to replace. appreciate opinions or other recomendations.
amber, no i did not upgrade or update forceware drivers. someone mention it could be mobo leak...not sure what it meant....
i tried something else yesterday night. I did a restart and the screen went blank and i did a 2nd restart but at the POST, i go into safe mode manually and the screen is...
just came back from holiday. sorry for late follow-up.
Yes i do see the POST screen most of the time during restart but not all the time.
I'm not sure whether my vid card is dual head.
I notice that when once xp restart (after updating windows etc), my monitor screen goes blank. But when i power down and remove the plug from the power socket and boot up again, my monitor is ok. This can be repeated. XP restart will give blank screen while start-up from cold, everything is ok...
thanks for yr advise.
Did some readings on Raid.
would need advise on which software that is reputable for incremental backup for home use? I've come across TaskZip, Eazy-Back-it-up and some others....

2. I've a Coolmaster external...
I've a A8N-SLI (non-D) with Athlon64 3000+ using 4x512MB of Corsair VS DDR400 RAM. I'm using BIOS v1014..
In the BIOS, I've set to 266Mhz and Multiplier at 4X (this is not HTT since its found elsewhere). What does this means? When i set to higher or lower, system does not boot up...
