Did you load bios defaults after flashing ?, this should at least re-set your date and time in the bios, also if POSTing seems to be slightly delayed, like it takes like 20secs to post rather than 3secs after switching on, hit the reset button as soon as it POST's, this is an issue I sometimes...
What about your windows System Information, which bios version does that say you are running, (Start/All Programs/Accessories/System Tools/System Information).

Yours is an easy problem to cure, Windows is basically just not seeing the drop in your Multiplier from x9 to x8 thats all.

If its the Ballistix you ordered, you should of Just brought the 667mhz Stuff and saved yourself some money like I did.
Basically the Crucial Ballistix Moduals use Micron Chips, these are highley overclockable, the 667mhz stuff is 2.2v 3-3-3-8 and will do 800mhz 4-4-4-12 and 1000mhz 5-5-5-15...
Where is the final version of the F4 bios, cos I dont see it on Gigabytes Web Page ?
Also anyone know what the fixes are, I dont see any visible differences between F3 and F4e bios, thes only physical difference im noticing so far is that the NB isnt needing as much voltage as it needed to...
