    Greetings. Since the whole summer, I have used WinXP SP1 and never encountered a single problem until last week. "Files Or Folders" shorcut (from Windows itself) won't load at all. I have tryied many possibilities already by trying to fix this issue but I was unsuccessful. Help please. Scoutch.
