I'm looking to boost performance in my PC. I have one available PCIe x1 slot and was thinking of buying a hardware controller that would allow me to have a SATA II drive running over the PCIe x1 channel. Can anyone recommend a SATA II drive that would have a transfer rate close to the maximum...
I just got back from Costco. The GV42LHDTV blows the VP42HDTV away. The color on the VP42HDTV looked dull, cloudy and lifeless. The color on the GV42LHDTV looked crips and possibly even a little oversaturated. At least with Costco, you can take it back if you don't like it.
YMMV - I installed this utility and ended up having to delete all of my non-admin accounts. When any non-admin was logged on, the A: drive would run continually. Deleting the accounts seemed to fix the problem.
