Not much, 160-250 GB is fine.

    SATA II

Ok, that helps. So if you were given the option of buying either a hardware controller (PCIe 1x to SATA) vs. SCSI, which would you prefer?

The speed I listed was Gb (gigabit, or 300 MB/sec).

    SATA II

SCSI can transfer at burst speeds of 320 MB/sec. I'm wondering if SATA II can come close to SCSI in performance.

Vizio Plasma and LCD TV Black Friday Prices

I just got back from Costco. The GV42LHDTV blows the VP42HDTV away. The color on the VP42HDTV looked dull, cloudy and lifeless. The color on the GV42LHDTV looked crips and possibly even a little oversaturated. At least with Costco, you can take it back if you don't like it.

Free XP lockdown tool from MS

YMMV - I installed this utility and ended up having to delete all of my non-admin accounts. When any non-admin was logged on, the A: drive would run continually. Deleting the accounts seemed to fix the problem.
