Just checked my prices and the P4 2.4 is actually $250cdn(retail not oem though) and it is $166 cdn for the epox mb and $129 for the 2400+...not sure if my PC2100 memory will work in this mb so that may be and added cost as well. Thanks for info! I now have lots to ponder Scott
