    Trend-Micro has a link to a free online scanner on that page. Only thing is, it takes a while to use, because it scans for any virus. McAfee has a 700k download here which they claim should take care of it.

    How do you open (physically) a MS Wheel Mouse Optical?

    You have to take off the little "mouse feet". Those little pads on the bottom cover up the screws.
