What are some of your BIOS settings if you can remember? Voltages, extra options, etc....
The Stock heatsinks for the E7200's are small because they produce less heat, typically.
I wouldn't use it though, there are plenty of affordable aftermarket HS's out there that will work 200% better than the Intel one. That and a little of your favourite TIM will lower temps alot for you...
