yeah, its definitely not throttling or scolding hot or slow, that's for sure.

I don't see a mainboard tab anywhere..:/ i don't see 90C anywhere on here so im liking argus best, but the two other programs both said 90 so >_< idk which to believe.

How do you go about getting a bios temp reading?

On both Speccy and CPUID it says the CPU temp is moving between 80-90
