thanks, mrsjomar. I didnt see it, so I called toshiba, and here's an interesting story I got this morning: if you look carefully, there are two stickers put together at the back panel, so I peeled off the top one and saw the serail number on the bottom one(it's the same thing as on invoice)...

got mine yesterday, but, did you guys find any serial number on that? I was trying to register w/ toshiba but only thing I found at back panel is a part number, no s/n! NO registration card in the box either.
