Yes. Forza is unarguably the best racing console sim this generation (at least, metacritic and gamerankings agree on that). GT5 might be better technically but it's been under development for far longer and came out a year later too. Forza 4 will set the record straight. As for Gears... well...

The only GREAT, MIND-BLOWING exclusive Sony has is Uncharted 3. Going against Gears 3 and Forza 4. FYI, Resistance 3, Killzone 3 and inFamous 2 are good but not GREAT exclusives.
