My son has the Asus k8n with a XP64 3200. His core is running only at 1004. Changed his Bios 200x10 and still reads the same. Is there a jumper on this board that he has to change? Running 1 gig ram. Any help please? Thanks

Built a new system. Changed bios to boot from cd rom. Can't read it! Able to run setup for win xp from hard drive. Properties show that cd rom is working. Why won't it boot upon starup?
