    ive ordered 2 refurb mobos from newegg (a7v8x and A7V8X) just like it states all u get is the mobo. but for me ive had no problems with either.

    the 29160n would be fine for a server envirment unless you have a server with a 64bit pci slot the you might want to look into an adaptec 29160 or the 39160 and the tekram DC-390U3D or DC-390U3W. (both 64bit pci)
