forgive me if i sound ignorant, but why is the p4 3.0c a better chip than the 3.0e?? it seems like the 3.0c has half the L2 cache of the 3.0e (512 vs 1meg), shouldn't this make it faster? maybe it has something to do with the L1 cache specs? i couldn't really find much about the differences...
