I contacted the lenovo.com and went to the store. They did not reformat it and despite of being under warranty they did not honor it. FUCK THOSE BASTARDS!!!

Or they can replace it with new or just refund right? Whats so hard in returning the customers money after selling a damaged laptop right? or should we make it big but the store is low and small?
My laptop has been reformatted by the store I bought it but I still experience the blackout browser and screen. They don’t seem to want to replace it with a new laptop. Idk whats the problem and how to fix it i thought it can be fix with reformat so what to do now if thats the case is it as good...
