Umm i'm trying to decide whether to get a 5900XT or a 9800SE, the 5900XT has a good performance guaranteed while with the 9800SE i have a 50% chance that a softmod will turn it into a 9800 Pro. Wich one would you get? Btw wich softmod version should i get? Link to softmods P.S can i use...

I see the number in chacheman and it just keeps going down, the swapfile is there and managed by windows. I just got a 200gb HD and i'm making back ups of my games to keep in a partition, i was testing the files when i noticed the problem wich it seems to happen only with DVDs.

that's what i'm doing, i get the ISO image and use a virtual drive. But it starts the installation and doesnt clear the ram.

I have a problem when installing a game from a ISO of a DVD. During isntallation it seems to start taking RAM and it's not clearing it out to the point that i have no more ram left and it freezes my machine. I have been able to last longer into the installation using CacheMan to recover some ram...
