When I try to access my NTFS harddrives with NTFS4DOS I only see 3 partitions out of a total of 7. The drives are set up in a RAID 1 and a RAID5. I see 2 out of 3 partitions on the RAID 1 and 1 out of 4 partitions on the RAID 5.
Any idea why this is so?
All partitios are visible from within...
I have a Colocated server literally sitting 5000 miles away that I am having
severe problems with. Sorry for the long story ;o) You can skip to the
bottum if you want the meat of the mission.
The server is a Dell Pe2650 with 5 drives. 2 configured as a mirror and 3 as
a Raid5. The...
Well, I paid 30% more for this card that I would have a version without video in, so I want this junk to work.
I think it is pretty sad that two ASUS products can't work together.
I just bought a ASUS V9520 Video Suite graphics card (GeForce FX 5200)
When I install the nVidia WDM drivers (specifically when I install the A/V Crossbar part) I loose my network connection.
My Network is onboard my motherboard which is an ASUS P4P800-WM.
I have tried different versions of...

Don't get the joke. Packeteer 1550 seems to be exactly what we are looking for. Maybe a slight overkill and I would still like to hear other options with similar capabilities.
Any idea what a 1550 would cost from new?
I need to connect a small (15-20 users)network to the world via a satlink with limited bandwidth.
There is an exchange server that needs to talk to the rest of the world, the users needs to be able to browse the internet and a Oracle Database need to replicate with another Oracle database across...
Can you use ghost to make an image of a server over a network ? Fx if I have two servers. One with a CD burner and one without and I want to ghost the one without. How is it done ?
I can see many reason why you would want more than one IP and have used that for several years now. There is actually a slight overhead in IIS by using only one so it has to analyse the header. Many of customers also demand having their own IP , mostly for SSL reasons. Most likely the overhead...

The is a webserver with multiple websites and I would like to not put all of them on the same IP. Since we are talking about the same machine, would there be anything wrong with assigning multiple IPs to the same two ports on the switch/router. Are the IPs assigned to the...
Santa - Broadcom in the poweredge supports the following three team types:
- Smart load balancing and failover
- Link Aggregation (802.3ad)
- Generic Trunking (FEC/GEC)/802.3ad-Draft Static
spidey07 - This is a webserver. Let's say I want redundancy (I guess I could really have both failover...
I have a server (Power Edge 2650 with BroadCom Nics) with Dual Nics and was wanting to set up some form of Failover/Load balancing. The server/NICs are capable of this, but I am a little confused about how it works.
- Will the server still need at least two IP adresses or can it be represented...
