First of all u have at least 7 fans from what i counted and maybe 9 iif u didnt count the PSU and videocard. Theres gonna be noise.

i bought mine with PSU because it was cheaper as well. My PSU fan dies in a week and I went and bought a Toughpower 750. I love the case. It cools well and I dont even use the stabilizer bar with the fan in it. I took the fan and put in the other spot up by my optical drives.

Download and install the Asus update utility and then u can update the bios from Windows. I'd download the bios and update from file instead of the update from internet option.
