I am in the market to buy an LCD but this HDCP compliance bit has me confused. I plan to connect a PS3 to this LCD I am going to buy.
My question is that will it affect the game graphics or anything. I don't plan to watch movies (using the PS3 on it).
THanks
Don't you think that being non-HDCP compliant, the Acer will give me a problem in the future since I do plan to connect it to a PS3/360 (strictly for games, no movies)?
I am in Pakistan, and the Acer dealer over here has them.
I am going to buy one of these two LCD's
Acer Al2051W
20", 1680 X 1050
DVI, Widescreen, no HDCP, 8ms response, 800:1

Benq FP94VW
19", 1440 X 1050
DVI, HDMI, HDCP, 2ms response, 800:1...
I am planning to buy an LCD panel. I've narrowed down to the following two
BenQ FP94VW (has HDMI)
Samsung 940BW
Which one do you guys suggest I should go for?
