My Oc'ed GTX 260FTW idle is at 39-42c with fan speed @ 60% (used EVGA precision) so to me your temps seem prety high. but it also depends on how many case fans you have and how hot the room is. but all in all you should be fine if your not having any problems other then high temps.

I just Re-installed windows vista x64 for the first time on my Raptor drive and i lost 20Gb.
