Hey Guys, When I turn on CP It runs thru checking CD Player, Floppy, Zip Drive, Etc. but won't beep or display on screen until I hit reset. Then it boots up normal. Changed PSU but that didn't do it. Any suggestions on what to check next? This machine is a few years old & still running...

When I put this build together I installed a modem 1st and my sound card picked up the driver from the voice fax modem. If you have a dial up try taking the modem out, clear out the drivers in add remove programs and reinstall sound card drivers. You probably don't have a modem but my 2 cents.
