Large green band down the screen in dark areas.. Does not go away.. I have to RMA this monitor and know that many people on this forum have had to RMA their dells.. What's the best way to go about this? Also, I do not have the original box as I tossed it but I do have my Service Tag / Manual...

Works awesome. Love it.. One of the best cheap purchases I've made :) I really like the clickyness of the keys.. I haven't had a problem with slipping, altho I don't really rest my entire hands on it so.. I guess results may vary from person to person :)

I got the mouse pad maybe 9 months ago.. It's a limited edition funcpad that I think they stopped making in favor of making their newer models.. It is the MBA (machine bulleted aluminum) one.. I know they make an MBA one now as well but I don't think it's the same..

yeah, I used arctic clean and qtips to get it all up.. Honestly there was not much that got on the ziff socket. and what did did not go inside the holes.. i scraped it off carefully without pressing down on it, and then used qtips with arctic clean to clean off socket till there was nothing left...
