    1gb RAM in Inspiron 8000?

I have a Dell Inspiron 8000 with 2x128MB RAM and I'd like to upgrade it to 2x512MB. According to the original Dell specs, there is a max RAM of 512. USB 1.1 servers are cheaper and more readily available but is the speed advantage of 2.0 significant for printing? Also, is USB 2.0 speed wasted on the...

Any software for Password controlled access to Programs?

Does anyone know of some good free or cheap software to password control access to (WinXP) programs. I'd like to be able to limit my kids' ability to play some (of my!) games. Also, any way to limit the amount of time that a game or aother program can run? Thanks Ron K

Hi Gain 6dB Omni-Directional Wireless Antenna $9.99 AMR

Apparently, Newegg carries the same product and says it comes with a TNC adapter. Doesn't that mean it should work with Linksys? Ron
