    Thank you guys. I cleaned the thermal paste off and replaced it with new stuff and it fixed the problem.

    Oh I thought you just meant working. Yeah they all seem to be hooked up fine. I installed the program and when I start up the game Core #0 and Core #1 go from 100-105c.

    I have been playing Wildstar on low settings and I am getting about 15ish fps. My specs are Intel Core i5 CPU 650 @320Ghz, 12.0GB RAM, AMD Radeon HD 5870 video card. My drivers are up to date as far as I know. I know the video card is a bit old but it still seems like I should have a higher FPS...
