I got it all fixed, the 800fsb requires 400mhz pc3200. screams like a camp now. those idiots gave me 333mhz /2700, i trust in the compatance of others far too much never question weather I was given the right memory.

Ya I got a new mb / cpu, its asus P4P8X 865P, with the P4 2.4/800fsb. Board and proccessor are made to work togather, but the cmos wont hold the settings when I reboot I have to kill the power and power up from sratch, and it wont load windows unless you load the factory defaults. has error msg...
