I've ordered Princo brand a ton of times from this store as well as other brand of media and never have had any problems.

Dell has very limited quantities of that monitor, which is why it says ships in 5-7 days. I checked, and the sales person made it sound like it was no guarantee they would send it out within a week too.

I don't really understand why people are still buying non-flat screen CRTs personally. Trust me, it's an entirely different viewing experience, even if you have to settle for a 19 incher.
