How to hunt down "unknown device" on an asrock h61m-ge motherboard?

I had the same exact issue with my ASRock U3S3 H61 board, and installing the Intel Smart Connect 1.0 resolved it. Now if I can just figure out what's locking my video I'd be set. Thx for the suggestion
