I just built a rig with Asus crosshair v formula-z,FX8350,MSI 970 GTX 4G,Windows 8 64bit. I am experiencing intermintently tiny yellow artifacts on webpages,only when using Internet Explorer 10. Anywhere else I don't experience this,when I scroll in internet explorer the artifacts move with the...
