I have a P5B Deluxe and if I increase the value of anything in the BIOS related to overclocking, when in Windows it will be very laggy and slow. Why? I've not had a problem with this in my previous P5B vanilla.

No brand 1GB RAM at 5-5-5-15 PC5300.
FSP Group 350W
Arctic Pro 7 Freezer

I need some help in deciding....
