Upgrade question: I currently have a Ryzen 5 3600x...what would be a better upgrade, the 5600x or the 5800x?
Both are available at MSRP locally.
Or should I wait for some price drops when the Ryzen 6000 gets out?
The release order is: Demon's Souls -> DS1 -> DS2 -> DS3 -> Bloodborne -> SK
My personal "Difficulty order" from hardest to easiest: SK -> BB -> DS1 -> DeS -> DS2 -> DS3 (based on first playthrough for each game)
I'd say, play them in order of release if you want to play them all. They all...
I bought a 6600 XT at 775CAD last month. I also play on 1440p and the card does really good at that resolution.
I understand the feeling though, having to resort buying a low-end GPU at the price of a mid-high end is quite depressing, but the 6600 XT is a surprising card!
Bought the AE upgrade last friday and started a new game. The PS5 patch is really nice, game runs smooth and graphics appear a bit more sharp. Love it so far, same old game but cleaner!
Only thing though, looks like I lost all my trophies cause PS4 trophies don't carry over to PS5...which is...
Can't wait! Been drooling since the first trailer.
Now with the gameplay trailer out, I had to replace my flooring and put a "Slippery when wet" sign around my computer.
I don't care about the graphics, i've platinum'd DS2 et DS3 and working on DS1R. I'm gonna play ER like a madman.
I know hahaha, but i'm not sure I want to replace all 5 fans...which will cost me more as a new case seeing the prices went up a lot (around 40-50CAd per fan).
Maybe if I add RGB strips in the case it will be less weird haha
Skyrim all the way! I tried to get into Fallout 4 but I just can't. I don't know why, I always get bored after around 10 hours in.
The game looks good and all, but the settlement building (even though it's optional) just turn me off.
Yeah I hate that too. All of them saying X card is redacted because it's not worth the price, but have dozens of GPUs gathering dust on their shelves. I don't watch any of them anymore, especially those that do the sad face but the week after post a video showing them assembling a new PC with...
I'm enjoying the game so far. It's quite the simple game overall but I have fun exploring at my own pace. I hard long work weeks so when I have the time to play, I like to play something chill that I can enjoy at my own pace.
I'm only level 21 so far and I just do quests and I craft when I...
I get you, I was also looking for something nicer than a 6600 XT, like a 6700 XT or 3060 Ti (both are around 1200-1500CAD whene there's stock) but I couldn't find anything at a reasonable price. The only one I found was the ASRock 6600 XT Challenger D OC. It's an ok card but it is a really...
Indeed. Each weapon has it's own 2 skill trees and each gain XP when you use them. Each weapon can reach level 20 and each level you gain 1 skill point to allocate in one of the 2 skill trees.
And you can use any armor you want. There's benefits in each of the three armor weight: Light...
I run the game on my 6600 XT at High/Very High (with shadows and terrain on medium) in 1440p and I get 60-100 FPS. It dips in the low 50s when i'm some city but overall runs smooth on high settings.
See image for the settings I use.
