well I had one successful cold boot this morning.. but 9 hours later or so after work it exhibited the non-posting issue.

I have this cold boot issue with my Gigabyte GA-P35-DS3L rev2.0. I will see if if bumping up the voltage will help when I get home. So far nothing has worked, I've memtest'd my memory and its fine. I'm currently trying to decide whether to upgrade my cpu and memory with my motherboard, or...

It turns out that one of my sticks must have been seated incorrectly. :) Hurrah for the quick-fix :P

Oh my god.. after 10 seconds I had 80,000 errors..... umm.. I'll try to re-seat the modules tomorrow just incase. Thanks for the suggestion :)
