Sorry, I probably should have said that I have already been to the Asrock website and used their winflash to install the latest official bios available for my board which is 3.10. Took less than 2 min and was a piece of cake! Unfortunately 3.10 does not support any of the wolfdale core 2...

Well I feel better now, 35 hits and no reply. Maybe what I'm asking is not so simple after all. I do have a cdrom drive so if anyone has put 3.19a on a boot disc and done the update that way please let me know. Thanks again.

Newbie here looking for help. Can somebody please explain how to update my 3.10 bios to 3.19a using a winflash utility. I can't even find a version of winflash that will work since the bios is from AMI and not Award. I've spent a few hours reading through threads here and still haven't found...
