It's probably your heatsink. I found that i actually had to clip down my heatsink to stop it shutting down after a few seconds. Did anyone get a "Decompressing Bios" sort of message on their first entry to the bios? I got that, it looked like it hung, i let it go for 3 minutes (without change)...
