So, continued to diagnose... I decided to turn off my computer, open it up, and get at it with a compressed air can. I shut it down and could still hear the beeping. I pulled it out of the desk cabinet and picked up my 1TB western digital external passport hard drive that was sitting on top of...
@Denis280: I went under computer management - system tools - event viewer - application and service logs - hardware events. And it is completely empty.
@Charlie98: No, I do not have an UPS or battery backup.
In my continued researching online with other people having this same sort of...
I have had my machine for 1-2 years now. And a few months ago, it started beeping occasionally. I originally thought it was a heat issue, but I am not overclocking and I am seeing no adverse effects (other than the beeping).
It is similar to this thread...

It has been running beautifully...
Will I still be able to use it as a wireless connection? And will the computers connecting to it get their ips from the DSL modem (just passed from the WNR2000)?
I have 4 pcs at home (wife and mine in the front of the house and the 2 kids at the back).
My and my wife's computer are connected in the home office to the ATT DSL router/modem. And both kids were wired to in the living room. I moved my son's PC back into his room but the wireless...
Hello, I just built a new rig that includes a MSI GTX 660 GPU.
I was running my current monitors (two) on my old machine with a four year old Geforce card. The new card has the two dvi outputs but the one on the bottom is missing the four holes around the horizontal pin so I cant plug it in...
Seems to be split between just spend the extra money and get the "faster/better" RAM and others saying no point to it... decisions, decisions... I think if the sale is less than $40 a stick I will just get the cheaper RAM...
I posted in here first then figured I would get a better response in RAM forums. I tried to delete but dont see an option to do so (only edit). Why can't we delete our own posts? If a mod would like to delete this thread, please do so...

Thanks guys, I had actually ordered on Friday afternoon about an hour before Zap posted that the 660 is worth paying a little bit more than the 650 and I was kicking myself. Then I looked today and my credit card company had denied 1 of my 4 orders as a security precaution. That one order just...
This is exactly the feedback I was looking for! Thanks so much!
I see your point. I will see if I can hold out. My current machine is having issues and I just want a new rig, but I might be able to wait two or three weeks to order...
This is the case I currently have that I bought 4...
"Haswell" all one word... ok. I googled it. But released June 4th... and then when stable and available? I dont think I can wait that long... not to mention, if you waited for the "next best thing" in the computer industry, you will never buy anything lol. Soon as you buy, its out dated.
