Im getting bios error code 25 on abit 1c7-max3 award bios?!?!? What is this error and can it bee fixed? I dont get any beep codes. Cpu and ram have been changed out. Please help!

Im running the abit ic7 bios 15 with a 2.8c also. It would be wise to upgrade the power supply and the cooling. Around 235 is where i had to start raising the voltage on the ram. To get over 240, i had to increase the cpu voltage a lil. Here's some numbers to compare- cpu: 2.8 @ 3.388...
