I just pulled the ram sinks off of my second card and it does have ESMT 3.8ns ram. So i have one with Hynix 3.6ns and one with ESMT 3.8ns. It would interesting to see if any other types of memory were used on these cards.

Just got my 2. I pulled the heatsink off the GPU and there is a lot of white thermal paste, the ramsinks are held on by thermal adhesive and can be pulled off easily if you warm them up, also the ram chips wer Hynix 3.6ns.

Yes, avoid MSI Live BIOS, I tried using it today on a MSI 845 Ultra-ARU, it gave an error and then it would not boot. I could not flash with a floppy. Called MSI Tech Support and they are sending a new BIOS chip.

I have a Celeron 900 @ 1200 with 133FSB and 1.85 voltage, this is on a Abit BF6. I think the chip could go higher with the proper board.
