Well the mobo is a day old so there is no dust in it. And i could borrow and old video card from a friend but not a CPU, but he's gone for about a week so i was hoping that you guys would know what to do. But if I have to i'll wait till he comes back.
The Video card is a ATi Radeon 9700 Pro, it's about 1.5 years old and it's been overclocked for about 25 minutes worth (I thought it wasn't worth it after i tried it).
I have a Intel P4 2.0A that I have o'c to 2.3GHz at 1.6V for 1 year now. The CPU has never overheated, but about a week ago I have been having serious glitching. I have pics of the desktop and when I play games:

As you saw in the title I am thinking about getting a Brand New Computer and I would like to know what exatcly I should get, I would like the fastest computer possible, what would you guys recommend? And one last thing, money isn't an issue for me.

I have my Pentium 4 2.0A GHz overclocked and my voltage is set to 1.75V, I was just wondering how long my computer would last at this voltage, because I do plan on selling my computer after about two years.

Gigabyte 8IEXP (Intel 845e Chipset)
768 MB PC 2100 RAM (with no cooling)
