If it was a heat issue, on the motherboard or otherwise, we would be seeing issues while doing other tasks, specifically playing games. I can run Prime 95 for days on end with no errors. As for overclocking, some of us are and some of us aren't. Have a peak at this thread...

I agree, I used to have a Radeon 9700 pro that would do that if I pushed the memory clock a bit too high but: No chance of heat, I can play Crysis, NWN2 and any other game I own for hours on end with no problems at all. Actually that is not true, Crysis crashed on my yesterday but I tracked...

I just play any three videos from my hard drive, one in VLC, one in media player and one in Nero Showtime. This will cause it to happen,on my system, without fail in less than 2 minutes. Watching only one video, which of course is normal it can happen anywhere between 5 minutes and 4+ hours...
