These drivers have been hell, I havent had nvidia driver problems for a very very long time until these, my monitor didnt want to boot, couldnt get into safe mode and now drivers and not even showing up but installed, crazy.

So I can purchase the W7 upgrade and boot it on a harddrive w/o a OS installed, correct? Will it boot from cd?

Can you open up your device manager through ''System" in the control panel? I cant after doing this, I have to go through "search" in order to get into my device manager.

no, its a upgrade from previous windows os's, almost everything in tech gets upgraded sooner rather then later. If you purchase a car one year and the upgraded/ newer version comes out two years later do you think you should get the upgraded car for free or at a discount?

like mentioned above its stable but plenty of bugs, i had to remove it because the the little things here and there were annoying me (expected in beta). Vista is extremely stable and fast for me, i think it needs one more beta and then RTM, cant wait for it though.

definitely they need one more beta then i think this OS will be awesome, there are little bugs here and there, nothing major but i don't want to install it because my Vista is extremely solid right now.

from my personal experience I never had any driver issues with xp 64 but thats just me, yes its a extremely solid OS, also there is no service pack 3 for xp 64 I believe.

??? my core 2 duo/4 gigs runs vista extremely fast, if you have problems running vista with those specs you mentioned something is seriously wrong with your hardware.

I will try one more time on Monday to clear up this situation with usps, if I cant do anything I will contact the shipper and ask for my item back or monetary compensation. What if this person doesn't agree? What are my options?
